Eighth edition of We Are FaceFood Ibiza 2026: the island will bring together the national gastronomic elite

Ibiza is set to once again become a key meeting point for the professional gastronomy sector with the celebration of the 8th edition of We Are FaceFood Ibiza 2026, an event that will bring together chefs holding more than 7 Michelin Stars, one Michelin Green Star, and over a dozen Repsol Suns.

The event will take place on March 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in the gardens of Agroturismo Atzaró, a unique natural setting that provides the perfect open-air venue for a day dedicated to networking, innovation, and culinary excellence. Aimed at horeca professionals, chefs, distributors, producers, and specialized companies, We Are FaceFood Ibiza continues to position itself as a strategic platform within both the national and international gastronomic ecosystem.

The event is officially sponsored by Estrella Damm, with Balfegó, Moët Hennessy, Bedrinks, and Porcelanosa as co-sponsors. Collaborating partners include S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, the Consell Insular d’Eivissa, Ibiza Travel, the Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany, the Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, Terrenauto, THB Hotels, Agroturismo Atzaró, and Caser Seguros, reinforcing the strong institutional and corporate backing of the gathering.

Guest Chefs and Talks

The program of talks will feature some of the most influential names in Spanish gastronomy, chefs representing restaurants recognized by both the Michelin Guide and the Repsol Guide.

Among them is Nacho Manzano, chef of Casa Marcial (Arriondas, Asturias), awarded 3 Michelin Stars and 3 Repsol Suns, and a leading figure in contemporary Asturian cuisine. Joining him is Aitor Arregui, chef of Elkano (Getaria, Gipuzkoa), holder of 1 Michelin Star and 3 Repsol Suns, internationally renowned for his product-driven cuisine and mastery of the grill.

Also participating is Nandu Jubany, head chef of Can Jubany (Calldetenes, Barcelona), with 1 Michelin Star and 3 Repsol Suns; Miguel Navarro, chef of Es Fum at the St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort (Palma de Mallorca), awarded 1 Michelin Star and 1 Repsol Sun; and Andreu Genestra, chef of the restaurant Andreu Genestra (Capdepera, Mallorca), recognized with 1 Michelin Star, 1 Michelin Green Star, and 2 Repsol Suns for his commitment to sustainability and local produce.

Completing the lineup are Óscar Molina, executive chef of La Gaia at Ibiza Gran Hotel (Ibiza), awarded 1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Suns; and Álvaro Sanz, chef of Es Tragón at Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa (Ibiza), known for his creative and seasonal culinary approach.

The pastry world will also take center stage with Alexis García, named Best Pastry Chef M.M.A.P.E. 2024, who will deliver a high-end pastry presentation in collaboration with the French chocolate house Valrhona, a global reference in fine chocolate and pastry creativity.

Exclusive Balfegó Showcooking

One of the highlights of the day will be the exclusive showcooking hosted by Balfegó, focused on bluefin tuna, one of the most iconic products in contemporary haute cuisine.
The live demonstration will feature Enrico Maimonte, chef at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay; Aleksandar Todorov, chef at Teyo at OKU Ibiza; Josetxo Arrieta, chef at Blue Marlin Ibiza; and Luis Rodríguez, chef at Lío Ibiza. Attendees will gain firsthand insight into cutting techniques, product handling, and culinary applications in a dynamic experience designed for industry professionals.

A Showcase of Premium Brands

Beyond its culinary program, We Are FaceFood Ibiza 2026 stands as a true showcase of premium brands from both the national and international gastronomic landscape.
In the category of wines, spirits, waters, and premium beverages, participating brands include Moët Hennessy, Estrella Damm, Fever-Tree, Gin Le Tribute, S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, Vermouth Dos Déus, Vinos D.O. Illes Balears, Vino & Co, Ponthier, Sogas Mascaró, Agua KMZERO, and the specialized distributor Bedrinks.

Seafood and gourmet specialties will be represented by Balfegó, Aquanaria, Alaska Seafood, Corvina Rex, Huîtres Poget, Arctic Crab, Zar Imperial Caviar, La Famille Boutrais, Agur, Consuelo & Pardalet, Bamberry Foods and Neptura.

In the premium meat and Iberian products segment, participating companies include Discarlux, Montaraz, and Beef on Food.
The category of olive oils, vegetables, ingredients, and fine pantry products will feature Castillo de Canena, Koppert Cress, Caviaroli, Sosa Ingredients, Triticum, Sandro Desii, Mammafiore, Innovachef and El Paeller.

The pastry and chocolate sector will be represented by Valrhona, synonymous with excellence in professional pastry and fine chocolate.

In hospitality equipment and innovation, brands include Josper, internationally renowned for its charcoal ovens; Klimer, specialized in tableware and disposable design solutions for hospitality; International Cooking Concepts; and Gasifred, a company specializing in comprehensive technical solutions for the hospitality, hotel, and food service sectors.

Finally, professional apparel will be represented by Xpepper, a brand specialized in chef jackets and technical hospitality uniforms, combining contemporary design, functionality, and high-quality textiles tailored to the demands of haute cuisine.
