We Are Facefood Ibiza 2025
For yet another year, We Are FaceFood, Ibiza's international gastronomic event, is back. The most awaited event by the professionals of the Horeca sector of the Pitiusas, meeting point between some of the best premium brands of the moment, restaurateurs, chefs and hotel and restaurant owners. The seventh edition of ‘We are FaceFood Ibiza’, an unmissable gastronomic event for professionals in the sector, will take place next Friday 14th March from 11am to 6pm at the Agroturismo Atzaró Hotel & Spa.
Organised by FaceFoodMag, produced by Anewday Projects, sponsored by Estrella Damm, co-sponsored by Moët Hennessy, Balfegó, Diego Carnes y Jamones and Porcelanosa and as a special collaborator S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, the event celebrates a new edition having established itself as the main gastronomic event for the hospitality industry in Ibiza and Formentera, which for the last six years has officially kicked off the season in the Pitiusas. In addition, the seventh edition of We are Facefood has the support of other top-level collaborators, such as Consell d'Eivissa, Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany, Mercedes-Benz Terrenauto, Agroturismo Atzaró Hotel & Spa, THB Hotels, XPepper and Klimer among others.
And as usual at WAFF, the day will be full of learning, novelties and networking, it will be a meeting forum for professionals from the hospitality and tourism sectors and will be punctuated by presentations from the different chefs attending the event, as well as the refuted professionals related to the sector.

A star-studded programme
Renowned chefs, journalists and important businessmen from the gastronomy sector will be in charge of leading the different presentations, workshops and tastings that, as every year, will delight the attendees.
Specifically, We Are Facefood Ibiza 2025 will bring together 10 Michelin stars, who will share experiences and knowledge with all attendees. Some of the most outstanding faces on the programme of activities for this year's edition are José Avillez (José Avillez Group, Portugal, 4 Michelin stars); Álvaro Salazar (Rest. Voro, Mallorca, 2 Michelin stars), Vicky Sevilla (Rest. Arrels, Sagunto. Valencia, 1 Michelin star), Óscar Molina (Rest. La Gaia, Ibiza Gran Hotel, Ibiza. 1 Michelin star), Jordi Grau (Rest. Ibaya Sport Hotels Resort & Spa. Soldeu, Andorra, 1 Michelin star), Alberto Pacheco (Rest. Es Fumeral, Ibiza); Elísio Bernardes (SEA ME Group, Lisbon); Roberto Ruiz (Rest. Barracuda. Madrid) and José María Borrás (Rest. Aquíara, Menorca).
Showcookings by Balfegó
The event will also feature a series of showcookings sponsored and directed by Balfegó, in which five prestigious chefs will surprise the public with their talent and culinary creativity. The protagonists of these demonstrations will be Óscar Salazar (The View Restaurant, 7 Pines Resort Ibiza. Ibiza), Pablo Carrizo (Salvia Restaurant, Ca Na Xica. Ibiza), Javier Aranda (Madunia Restaurant. Ibiza), José González (Es Gerret Restaurant. Ibiza) and Ernesto Ventós (gastronomic entrepreneur. Menorca).
For these live sessions, the chefs will use a state-of-the-art mobile kitchen designed by Porcelanosa, providing an optimal space for the preparation of their dishes. Throughout the demonstrations, attendees will be able to witness the preparation of exquisite gastronomic creations in which Balfegó tuna will be the protagonist. Using innovative techniques and a meticulous selection of ingredients, each dish will highlight the unique qualities of this product, allowing the public to discover its versatility and unrivalled flavour.
These exhibitions will not only showcase the skill and creativity of the participating chefs, but will also help to consolidate the prestige of Balfegó tuna as a benchmark ingredient in haute cuisine.

This year, as one of the main novelties, the space will have two exclusive areas designed to offer differentiated gastronomic experiences. On the one hand, there will be an area dedicated to distillates, presented by the renowned distributor Bedrinks, where attendees will be able to discover a carefully selected range of premium drinks. On the other hand, there will be an area specialising in meat and ham, by Diego Carnes y Jamones, where visitors will be able to taste high quality products and learn more about their production processes. These additions will enrich the experience of the event, offering unique proposals for gastronomy lovers.
In addition, as has become a tradition at this annual event, the gardens of the Atzaró farmhouse will host an area of stands dedicated to gastronomy. In this space, more than forty premium brands will be exhibiting their products, offering attendees the opportunity to taste their specialities and discover the latest innovations in the sector. This meeting point will allow visitors to explore a wide variety of flavours and discover first-hand the most exclusive proposals from renowned gastronomic firms.

The gardens of the Agroturismo Atzaró will also feature El Paeller which presents everything you need to surprise a paella fan, with Meke Coffee which presents its sustainable, ethical and ecological coffee roasted by hand in Ibiza. Also be attended by representatives and manufacturers of industrial equipment for the hotel, restaurants and catering industry, such as Josper, Internacional Cooking Conceps or Gasifred, will also feature the leading company in the catering equipment sector Klimer, as well as the hotel and catering uniform company XPepper.
