The chef, Pablo Carrizo, trained in renowned kitchens such as El Bulli and El Celler de Can Roca, leads the kitchen. At Salvia, flavour is constantly sought after, using local and national Km. 0 products, including from the Ibizan countryside of Ca Na Xica.
His dishes highlight the essence of the Mediterranean with avant-garde and traditional techniques, such as grilling with his Josper oven, which enhances the flavour of the island's vegetables, highlighting technique, originality and elegance.
