Voro Restaurant

Álvaro Salazar masterfully runs the VORO restaurant kitchen, located in Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, which currently has two Michelin stars and two Repsol suns.

Salazar bases his dishes on Mallorca’s considerable range of first-class produce. VORO takes diners on a culinary journey and is an experience to enjoy slowly, with curiosity; the restaurant pays tribute to Mediterranean cooking and its surrounding environment.

Using this as a starting point, he draws on his memories of Andalusia, the aromas and techniques of classic Andalusian cooking, and knowledge gained during his career in Spain and overseas.

Free, untethered cooking that is committed to the local environment and its roots. Diners will discover daring, exciting food that uses the entire product in each of his dishes, and they can choose between two tasting menus: VORO | 17 courses and DEVORO | 22 courses. The menus are constantly evolving and are accompanied by a wine list of 300 Spanish and international wines.
