La Gaia by Óscar Molina has been awarded a Michelin star and two Repsol suns for food inspired by produce from Ibiza.

La Gaia restaurant is the flagship restaurant of Ibiza Gran Hotel and perfectly combines art, design and sophistication, offering haute cuisine as part of an experience that dazzles all the senses. Thanks to its creative dishes and outstanding table service, the restaurant has a Michelin star (2022) and two Soles Repsol, guaranteeing excellent food and attentive service.

Diners embark on a gastronomic journey inspired by the produce of Ibiza and the richness of its Mediterranean surroundings. Through a concept that combines haute cuisine, innovation and authenticity, La Gaia brings together gastronomy, hospitality and local culture from a creative, sophisticated and genuine perspective. Its principles are rooted in a deep connection with the produce and the community, fused with chef Óscar Molina’s international outlook.

chef Óscar Molina presents two tasting menus, each with its own distinct character: Illa, a journey through the iconic and timeless dishes that have defined La Gaia, and Horitzó, a creative and constantly evolving offering inspired by the most contemporary Ibiza, featuring bold and unexpected creations. The restaurant also offers a selection of à la carte dishes.
