Dining Experience at The View
The culinary essence of 7Pines Resort is rooted in the heart of its destination, where every dish is a celebration of local flavours and products. In line with this philosophy, the resort's famed restaurant, The View, has retained its distinguished Mediterranean-Nordic influence, offering a selection of dishes which combine a selection of specialities from the Balearic Islands such as red mullet, tuna and red shrimp from Ibiza.
Oscar has created three new unique tasting menus at The View for this season, consisting of 4 and 6 courses each for visitors to choose from, including a vegetarian menu (menus range in price from 95€ to 128€). The menus are inspired by his passion for Mediterranean flavours, revealed in every detail. Highlights from the tasting menu include lightly grilled mackerel; the "Balfegó" tuna harmonica (from sustainable fishing); the Ibicencan red shrimp; or local lamb loin. In addition, diners have the option of enjoying an à la carte menu, which offers an even wider selection of culinary delights to suit all tastes and preferences.
Dishes are complemented by a wide selection of Spanish and international wines from the resort's carefully curated wine cellar, with pairings available. In addition, guests can discover the wine collection with a delicious wine tasting at The View, led by the resort's expert sommelier. The sommelier will give advice on wine tasting and pairing techniques, and explain the both the history and origins of each of the wines tasted.
