In the north of Ibiza, ‘Es Fumeral’ is created, a restaurant that fuses the rich Mediterranean gastronomic culture with the elements of fire and the sea.
This project reinvents the traditional chiringuito, highlighting the quality of local and national products. The name ‘Es Fumeral’ alludes to the smoke from the embers, essential in its cuisine, which uses oak and olive wood to flavour the dishes with a Mediterranean touch.
Chef Alberto Pacheco, with experience in renowned restaurants and currently executive chef at Estimar Madrid and Rural, leads this project. His approach highlights the freshness of local ingredients and his mastery of the embers, offering an authentic gastronomic experience.
Es Fumeral's design integrates sustainable materials such as wood and stone, creating a natural and minimalist ambience that invites you to disconnect. Solid iroko tables and handcrafted decorative elements contribute to a serene atmosphere with sand and earth tones.
Located on the beach of Cala Nova, Es Fumeral stands as a gastronomic sanctuary where Mediterranean cuisine and the natural beauty of the island merge, highlighting fish and seafood.
