A Mi Manera Formentera Restaurant is a place where time stands still. Located just 500 metres from the stunning Saona cove, the restaurant is imbued with the harmony of an organic kitchen garden (which is the source of its zero-miles produce: organically grown vegetables and aromatic herbs) so that the seasonality of the produce is a prime consideration when selecting cooking ingredients.

The restaurant, in its lush natural setting, seems like something out of a fairy tale, and offers a Mediterranean style of cuisine based on a love for the highest quality ingredients. A wide range of gourmet meats and fish, simply cooked, forms the basis of its dishes.

The finishing touch to all this is provided by a cocktail bar offering a selection of reinterpretations of the great classics using infusions and ingredients from the estate.
