190 pasos restaurant, located on Migjorn beach, is a simple, young, family restaurant that opened its doors in June 2022. After a long career as a chef on the island, chef Borja Molins and his partner Maria Blasco are embarking on the fourth season of this project with a simple, tasty and fun cuisine, seeking maximum local produce and without pretensions of haute cuisine.
The menu, made up of a selection of dishes designed for sharing, ranges from more classic recipes such as fried lamb bomb to more daring creations such as sea bass tiradito or cheeks gyozas with truffled potato, with gastronomic influences from the chef's past travels.
