Advised by Michelin-starred chef Gorka Txapartegi and led by chef Jennifer Infantes, the restaurant focuses on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Mediterranean fish, Balearic product and a simple yet refined approach to cooking come together in a menu featuring signature dishes such as garlic prawns with chips and fried eggs, already considered one of the restaurant’s must-try specialities.
The experience is completed by a carefully curated wine selection and a serene seafront setting, where dining unfolds in a relaxed and natural way, deeply connected to the essence of Formentera.
