In the kitchen, chef Alberto Pacheco - with experience in Estimar Madrid and Es Fumeral - leads a proposal that reinterprets the Pitiusa tradition with creativity and respect. The lobster from the llaüt ‘La Maja’, caught every morning, is the star of dishes that pay homage to the sea and to time.
