DUO restaurant is a Mediterranean retreat situated in the heart of Formentera, where gastronomy, nature and freedom come together by the sea.
Launched in 2024 with the aim of recapturing the island’s most authentic and untamed essence, the project offers an experience that goes far beyond the dining table: long evenings, memorable sunsets and a genuine connection with the surroundings.
Its cuisine is based on local and seasonal produce, prepared with respect and creativity, combining Mediterranean tradition, contemporary techniques and a strong influence from the sea and the grill. Sustainability, support for local producers and care for the local area are part of its DNA.
