Daniel Serra, renowned for his celebrated restaurant Can Dani, the first restaurant on Formentera to receive a Michelin star in 2014, returns to the culinary world with Casa Paya Electrodomésticos. Located in the heart of Sant Francesc, this new establishment combines gastronomy and music in a cosy atmosphere, ideal for enjoying long after-dinner meals. Together with chef Javier Álvarez Lema, Serra presents an innovative proposal focused on the excellence of the product, highlighting a tasting menu that promises to surprise diners. The restaurant's philosophy is clear: a cuisine 100% based on the quality of the product, using advanced culinary techniques.
The team is made up of chef Álvarez Lema, who worked alongside Serra at Can Dani, and Jessica Pietrarelli, an expert maître d' with five years' experience at Can Carlos. This fusion of talents has been the key to the creation of a renowned restaurant.
