At restaurant of the Hotel Destino Pacha Resort we kickstart your day with a great breakfast full of highprotein options, natural dairy products, homemade cakes… 6 types of juices. The next menu can be found by the pool and remains throughout the day until the sun sets. Flavours from Central America are the main inspiration for this menu: refreshing “ceviches”, Mexican tacos, quesadillas and authentic Nikkei cuisine; an explosion of bitter, spicy and citric flavours…

Later on, at our 100% Mediterranean food restaurant we offer you: 3 different types of rice, Japanese-style grilled fish glazed with juices and extracts from Japanese sauces made with ponzu, yuzu, lime… A typical Spanish menu bursting with a variety of flavours.

In the evening we prepare a menu for the most demanding gourmet palates. The menu “Xperience de Robata” is inspired by High Contemporary Cuisine and will be the new Ibizan summer gastronomic sensation.
