In 2024 Nicolas Blasco and Cyril Claudel assumed the management of Restaurant Sa Cova - Downtown in Sant Antoni. This bistro is located between the marina and the old church of San Antoni, and its terrace offers a typical Parisian bistro atmosphere.
Head chef Begoña Arizmendi presents a seasonal menu that fuses French cuisine with Peruvian and Mediterranean influences, creations adapted to the market and the season. She handles the most avant-garde techniques to perfection and mixes them with traditional ones.
The restaurant stands out for its elaborate wine list, with a selection of excellent wines from different regions of Spain, France and local regions. Inside, the bar and dining room are decorated with classic and elegant gastronomic details.
Sa Cova is open for dinner service only and welcomes you every night of the season.
