In 2024, Nicolás Blasco and Cyril Claudel took over the management of Sa Cova - Downtown restaurant, located in the heart of Sant Antoni, between the marina and the town’s historic church. Its spacious terrace, inspired by the spirit of Parisian bistros, offers an elegant, lively and welcoming atmosphere.
In 2026, the kitchen is led by executive chef Paolo Ragazzoni, whose culinary offering blends French, Mediterranean and Italian influences with a contemporary vision and seasonal produce.
The restaurant stands out for its carefully curated selection of Spanish, French and local wines, as well as for its warm atmosphere where cuisine, music and hospitality come together to create an authentic experience in Sant Antoni.
Sa Cova - Downtown is open every evening during the season for dinner only.
