Lado restaurant, part of the It Ibiza group, is located in Marina Botafoch, Ibiza, and is the first Spanish restaurant in the area.

Lado introduces a Spanish cuisine with character led by chef Paco Budia, disciple of the renowned Martín Berasategui chef.

The restaurant opens its doors to welcome diners from 7pm onwards, inviting you to enjoy a cocktail or a good wine as the sun sets, followed by a flavorful menu, offering an incomparable view of the sunset in front of the Dalt Vila castle. This setting is ideal for those looking to relax after a day on the beach or after getting off the boats. The kitchen will be available until 1am, while the restaurant will remain open until 2am, providing a cosy and relaxed atmosphere until late at night.

The restaurant values Spanish cuisine and a passion for flavours that are authentic but not tired. Rice dishes take centre stage, and fish and meat cooked in the Josper, always respecting local produce whilst integrating new flavours to surprise. Chef Paco has a strong background in traditional cuisine.
