Juntos House is a farm-to-table restaurant and boutique situated in the quaint village of Sant Mateu, Ibiza. Their culinary philosophy centers on vibrant, seasonal produce harvested from our own regenerative land and a network of dedicated local partners. Each dish is designed to celebrate the organic, freshly harvested ingredients that define the essence of Juntos Farm.

Under the guidance of Chef Pau Fidalgo, the menu offers a creative twist on Mediterranean dining through beautifully composed, flavourful plates. Guests can enjoy dishes such as Gillardeau Oyster N.2 with aguachile and pickled cucumber, or the Organic Catalan-style chicken, served with baby chard, pine nuts, and a rich paté jus. To finish, experience the bright notes of Ibiza’s wild strawberries with strawberry sorbet and delicate meringue.
