The name Locals Only comes from the abstract idea that we are all citizens of the world, so that everyone is always welcomed here. On another angle, we must think globally, and eat locally, no matter where we may be in the world.
Our talented chefs capture the freshness and seasonal goodness of the island's bounty. We prepare everything from scratch, ensuring each bite bursts with incredible flavours and genuine quality.
Tito Piazza our passionate founder, has over 20 years of international experience with the Cipriani family, moving to NYC in 1997 as corporate chef for the group. He also spent time working in Miami and the UAE, until he was sent to Ibiza to design and develop the kitchen and menu of the flagship Balearic Cipriani restaurant in 2012. It was there that his passion for creating a place that honoured authenticity and local produce was born.
The wine list, personally selected by Tito, includes natural, organic and biodynamic options, ideal for the most demanding palates.
