Locals Only was born from a simple yet powerful idea: people from all over the world will always be welcome here. We think globally, but we eat locally, no matter where in the world we are.
Our talented chefs capture the freshness and seasonal essence of the island’s bounty. We prepare everything from scratch to ensure that every bite is bursting with authentic flavour and genuine quality.
Our passionate founder, Tito Piazza, worked for over 20 years for the Cipriani family. In 1997, he moved to New York as the group’s corporate chef and subsequently pursued his career in Miami and the United Arab Emirates. In 2012, he was sent to Ibiza to design and develop the cuisine and menu for the flagship restaurant, Baleárica Cipriani. It was then that Tito felt the need to strike out on a different path.
Ibiza inspired him to create a restaurant that values authenticity and celebrates locally sourced produce.
