Humo restaurant, a unique gastronomic concept led by chef Alberto Bermejo, under the gastronomic advice of chef Omar Malpartida, who has a strong commitment to the environment, and local and seasonal products.
Located on the roof of the exclusive Nativo Hotel Ibiza and open every day during dinner hours starting in May, Humo proposes a return to the origins of the primitive Peruvian cuisine with wild touches and garnishes of Latin and Asian inspiration, where the spectacular views of the Mediterranean enhance each of the flavors of the elaborate recipes on the menu every sunset.
In tribute to the smoke of grills with ancestral flavors, Humo features an extensive menu of grilled meats combined with exotic products. This new concept is also committed to serving different cuts of meat matured between 14 and 21 days and defends the local product of km 0 in which vegetables, fruits and, of course, top-level fish and seafood stand out.
