O Talho Restaurant
For many people, O Talho is also known as “The Best Steak Tartare in Lisbon”, but saying this is not enough. It’s a place exclusively dedicated to the knowledge and improvement of the meat as an ingredient. We’re talking about a kind of laboratory kitchen where Chef Kiko and his team investigate, study and develop new ways of tasting meat.
An innovative concept created in 2013 after Chef Kiko’s world travel through the culture of 26 countries. The result of each creation is for sale at the Butcher Shop (the store) and it’s also tasted at the table, creating an unique experience.
