Born on July 7th, 2022, Izakaya emerges as culinary masterpiece from the creative mind of Tiago Penão.

The Rebel brother of Kappo seats just 18 guests at the counter, offering a relaxed but intimate  environemnt where diners seamlessly transition into witnesses and participants, immersed in the organised chaos of the kitchen. Tiago envisioned a space where the boundary between guest and chef dissolves, and the magic of culinary creation takes center stage.

Every dish is a symphony, each element meticulously orchestrated to showcase the raw beauty of the ingredients, set against vibrant hip-hop vibes.

Although edgy, Izakaya is rooted in authenticity. It stands as a testament to the rich tapestry of Japanese cuisine, respecting each ingredient as a star in its own right.
