Davvero
Davvero is Sublime Lisboa's restaurant, where the purest Italian tradition is presented with a contemporary twist. The rich Mediterranean flavors, the quality of hand-picked artisanal products, freshly harvested ingredients and the simplicity of their transformation, set the tone for the restaurant in a sophisticated and timeless atmosphere.
In every detail lies the idea of making this space an authentic feast for the senses. Chef Isaac Kumi is responsible for the menu. Born in Treviso, he leads the first multicultural culinary project at Sublime hotels in Lisbon, where he converts his origins into unique dishes. This year he was elected Chef Ambassador of Italian Cuisine by the Italian Embassy in Portugal. Sublime's signature Gelato di Vaniglia is created by Pastry Chef Mauro Abignente, who began his culinary journey in a small pastry shop in his hometown, Bisceglie, in Italy and is now responsible for the entire dessert area.
