Go A Lisboa
Our name, Go A Lisboa, holds a profound meaning, stemming from the institution known as 'Casa de Goa,' which represents the Goans, their culture, and the values of Goa.
The name Go A Lisboa serves as an invitation to 'Come to Lisbon,' embodying a brand passionate about the city and its culture overall.
We are a hospitality business established in Lisbon, with our first location being a restaurant and bar on the rooftop, designed with different areas, all crafted for our customers to spend ample time, enjoying the view and comfort. We are situated within the ancient walls of the 1652 Forte Baluarte do Livramento.
Chef Inga Martin, in curating our menu, has meticulously selected ingredients that represent both Portuguese and Goan cultures, incorporating fresh and seasonal elements, a strong maritime influence, a variety of meats, and an array of spices.
Our aim is to balance the savory, acidic, spicy, and sweet flavors characteristic of both cuisines. The blend of spices and aromatic herbs plays a crucial role in our space.
