Casa Sudaca comes to Ibiza to rewrite South American culture, situated just below the castle, at one end of the port, in the foreground of Ibiza’s most famous vista.
Casa Sudaca is excellence, informality and sophistication in a steak restaurant serving the finest cuts of premium meat in the world. Each cut from our menu, which we have sourced and found, encapsulates who we are and what we do. All our cuts are free-range, grass-fed black Angus that has been ethically raised, with some of them carefully matured.
Our head chef and partner, Martin Vázquez, makes sure that everything is perfect and that our meat is unique, cooking only with oak and white quebracho, noble woods from South America that give our food a distinctive flavour.
Emphasis is also placed on our vegetables, which are organic and grown on the island, the fruit of our constant quest to go that one step further and source good, healthy, seasonal produce.
We have an extensive wine list featuring wines from South America and the rest of the planet, incorporating the very best of both worlds.
The night progresses, dinner ends, the lights dim, the music takes on a new mood and our incredible cocktails start to parade through the restaurant.
Casa Sudaca is quite simply a unique experience that is here on the island to stay.
