This season, COYA Beach Ibiza presents itself as one of the island’s most appealing dining destinations, offering a total experience that begins at 10.00 am and accompanies guests throughout the day and into the night. The concept combines a beach club with sun loungers, a beach restaurant, a separate evening restaurant, the COYA Pisco Bar and the brand’s exclusive rooms and suites, establishing itself as a true seaside lifestyle destination.

Under the direction of Global Executive Chef Fabrizio Fossati and led locally by Chef Daniele Corazza, the menu offers a contemporary take on Peruvian cuisine, enriched with influences from across Latin America. The menu explores the richness of Peru’s culinary landscape, where international influences blend naturally with deeply rooted flavours and ancestral traditions.

The COYA Pisco Bar plays a key role in the overall experience, placing mixology at the heart of the dining concept. With a creative and meticulous approach, each cocktail is designed to complement and enhance the menu. The venue itself is refined and immersive, with every element conceived to offer a cohesive expression of flavour, technique and identity.
