Juntos Deli

In March 2026, co-founders Christian Jochnick, Sophie Daunais, and Finn Harries opened Juntos Deli in Santa Gertrudis. Transforming the former Picadeli into a fresh, unique space, the Deli serves as the go-to spot for everything from morning coffee to nourishing lunchboxes and dinners to go.

The concept is simple: real, transparent ingredients and seasonal produce. The menu celebrates the harvests of Juntos Farm alongside local growers, ensuring every lunch box, soup, and salad is as fresh as possible. Beyond the kitchen, curated pantry shelves offer a selection of specialty items sourced directly from the farm and beyond.

Headed by Chef Pablo Garcia Fidalgo, the Deli maintains the same exceptional quality as Juntos House. Supported by Blue and her friendly team, they’ve got you covered, whether you're stopping by for a morning pastry or picking up a nutritious meal on the move.
