Jara restaurante, Ibiza Town’s gastronomic pulse enters a new chapter.

In the heart of Vara de Rey, Jara, The Standard Ibiza’s street-level restaurant, steps into the 2026 season with a clear, contemporary identity, deeply connected to the rhythm of the city. Its Mediterranean proposal is built on product, technique, and a coherent vision, with a cuisine designed for sharing and enjoyment without unnecessary artifice.

Under the direction of Iker Llona, with Didac Ortega leading the kitchen, the menu evolves while maintaining its solidity, structured around three key pillars: fermented flatbreads, charcoal-grilled mains, and a creative, plant-forward offering. Dishes such as the cured beef flatbread or grilled sea bass reflect a precise balance between flavor and lightness.

The experience is completed at the bar, where Valerio Miotto’s cocktail program naturally complements the kitchen, reinforcing Jara’s cosmopolitan and contemporary character.
