The prestigious We Are FaceFood event returns to Palma de Mallorca for its second edition, consolidating itself as an essential event for professionals in the Horeca sector.
A great opportunity to discover up close the latest trends and innovations in gastronomy and restaurants worldwide, with some of the most prestigious names on the current culinary scene.

A key event for the sector
Gastronomic innovations and Mallorca's role on the international culinary scene will be the central focuses of this new edition. Created and organised by FaceFoodMag, the event is sponsored by Estrella Damm, co-sponsored by Balfegó, Moët Hennessy and Distribucions Túnel Mercavinos, with S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna as special collaborators.
The gastronomic event will be celebrated on 17 February, from 11:00 to 18:00, at Casa Esment, Palma de Mallorca, and will bring together more than 40 premium brands, as well as 9 Michelin stars and 10 Repsol suns.
The day will be marked by conferences, talks, tastings, samplings and workshops, creating an ideal environment for networking between professionals from the hotel, restaurants and tourism sectors. An essential forum for learning, inspiration and the exchange of ideas in a space where gastronomy is the main protagonist.
Casa Esment: A purposeful space
The event will be held at Casa Esment, an emblematic place that reflects the work of the Esment Foundation. Since its founding in 1962, Esment works so that people with difficulties and their families can enjoy a full life, defending their rights and supporting their inclusion in society.
Casa Esment is a space that combines social innovation, sustainability and Mediterranean culture, offering training and employment to people with support needs.
By choosing Casa Esment as the venue, We Are FaceFood not only highlights the diversity and the Mallorcan product and the support for local and Mediterranean gastronomy, but also makes visible the valuable work of the Esment Foundation in favour of a more inclusive and supportive society.

A full programme of activities
From 11 a.m. onwards, the doors will open at Casa Esment for the registration of guests and, throughout the day, there will be a succession of conferences and workshops given by leading professionals from the sector. Specifically, the second edition of We Are Facefood Mallorca will feature presentations by Iván Cerdeño (Cigarral Del Ángel, Toledo, two Michelin stars and three Repsol suns); Paco Roncero (Paco Roncero Restaurante, Madrid, two Michelin stars and three Repsol suns); Andreu Genestra (Andreu Genestra Restaurant and Aromata Restaurant, Mallorca, one Michelin star, one green Michelin star and two Repsol suns); Miguel Navarro (Es Fum Restaurant, Mallorca, one Michelin star); João Sá (Sala de João Sá Restaurant, Lisbon, one Michelin star); and Óscar Molina, La Gaia Restaurant at Ibiza Gran Hotel, Ibiza, awarded one Michelin star and two Repsol suns.
In addition, the venue will feature several show cookings led by our prestigious co-sponsor Balfegó and several renowned local chefs.
On the other hand, inside Casa Esment there will be different stands of gastronomic products where a total of approximately 40 premium brands will be able to present all their new products to the guests.

This second meeting will be attended by our always loyal official sponsor Estrella Damm. In addition, We Are FaceFood will count on Balfegó, Möet Hennessy and Distribucions Túnel Mercavinos as co-sponsors of the event. And as special collaborators S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. Other collaborators include Nobis Hotel Palma, which will host the welcome dinner the evening before the event, Klimer with its kitchenware and Xpepper, which will dress the chefs invited to the event.
WAFF25 Mallorca will be attended by around 40 companies that are closely related to the hotel and restaurant industry and are leaders in their segment. Therefore, in the ‘beverages’ section, many of the main brands and distributors of the international, national and local sector will be present, such as Moët Hennessy, Distribucions Túnel Mercavinos, S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, Estrella Damm, Vi Enology, Gallinas & Focas, Gin Le Tribute, Gin Eva,...
The inside of Casa Esment will also be attended by representatives and manufacturers of industrial machinery for the hotel and restaurant industry, such as Josper and Gasifred, as well as the leading company in the hotel and restaurant kitchenware sector, Klimer.
Among the select group of seafood suppliers attending the event are Balfegó with tuna, Aquanaria with sea bass, Artic Crab with king crab, Zar Imperial Caviar, La Famille Boutrais with oysters, Alaska SeaFood with salmon, Agur with anchovies, The Kingfish Company with its fish, and so much more.
