Aromata Restaurant by Andreu Genestra is in the central courtyard of a 17th century mansion house in the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca. Cooking with classic techniques to create modern flavours, the restaurant uses the finest tasting local, seasonal produce.
With an elegant dining room and a wine list featuring over 200 labels, it has friendly and attentive service that ensures diners enjoy the magical setting. At lunchtimes it serves cooler dishes with a menu that changes each month, while in the evenings the food is more gourmet in style and a new menu is introduced each season.
The restaurant's kitchen is run by Andreu Genestra and the dining room by Giorgia Scaramella with a team of more than 15 people to serve 40 diners.
