Andreu Genestra’s cuisine is moving into its second decade. And it does so with a more mature, more innovative, risky, elegant and more Mediterranean concept than ever before. We invite you to take a journey along the shores of these villages watered by our Mediterranean Sea, their dishes and flavours, with the innovative touch of modern haute cuisine.
The Mediterranean, its cuisine, its traditions, its know-how, its culture and its history, are the central focus of this new experience offered by Andreu Genestra at the Hotel Zoëtry Mallorca.
Our team will lead you through the roots of each dish and show you the evolution and twist we give it, always looking for culinary excellence, from the moment you come into the 14th century finca located in the historic Finca de sa Torre in Llucmajor. Our dining room team welcomes you in the courtyard where you will be offered aperitifs and then move on to the dining room where, at all times, you will see how the dishes are prepared.
Our aim is to continue our philosophy of sustainable cuisine by showing the evolution of the gastronomy of Mallorca and the Mediterranean in each dish, with 2500m2 of land with its own cultivated orchard and vineyard. The restaurant is also clearly committed to local producers and artisans with a circular economy. In the dining room the restaurant is run by Sebastián Longo with a team of more than 15 people.
