Led from day one by Chef Luís Gaspar in partnership with Plateform, Sala de Corte has been winning customers through the quality of the main product served: Dry Aged beef from the best producers, with an emphasis on autochthonous Portuguese breeds.

In 2023, Kobe beef, from Japan and considered the best meat in the world, joined the parade of cuts available. It was also in 2023 that it reached 34th position in the list of the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants, making Lisbon the only Portuguese city in the reknowed guide.
