Silvio Armanni, a Bergamasco with Michelin craft, heads a kitchen with no shortcuts focused on product and sustainability. Together with our international team, he runs an extensive supplier list of Portuguese & Italian farmers, fishermen, winemakers and artisans, all in search of the best at its peak.
If that’s not enough, our newly launched virtual pastry shop - La Pasticceria by Libertà – elevates the local scene with handmade Italian classic desserts and cakes.
The result: food that feeds and a philosophy that has caught the attention of young culinary students from all over Europe giving birth to our first internship programs.
