Proud holder of a Michelin star since 2011, the Feitoria remains faithful in its respect for local produce and for the origin of the organic and natural ingredients which lie at the heart of the menu at this restaurant led by Chef André Cruz. Offering a balance between animal and vegetable proteins, the “Semente” menu has his signature; products from the land and the sea come together in a perfect harmony of flavours, textures, and aromas to be savoured in such dishes as Sea stew, the dish of Codfish, potato and truffle or Hamachi, sea urchin and squid.
