Classics such as Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Black Cod Miso, the iconic sushi, and the legendary Yellowtail Jalapeño share the spotlight with bold new creations inspired by the White Island.

The recently reimagined menu brings a fresh wave of creativity to Nobu Ibiza Bay, introducing bold new dishes that celebrate both Japanese technique and Mediterranean character. Among the standout additions are the Chilean Seabass Jalapeño Miso, oven-roasted and topped with eggplant, wasabi, and Chinese chive, and the Lamb Rosemary Miso, featuring tender Ibizan lamb ribs with a miso-rosemary glaze.
