CAN SALINAS
Since 1989, Can Salinas restaurant has been a culinary landmark renowned for its paellas and fideuás, thanks to its founder, Manuel. A native of Valencia but Ibicenco at heart, Manuel settled on the island in the early 1980s. With the hospitality vocation deeply rooted in his family, he succeeded in establishing Can Salinas in the heart of the Parque Natural de las Salinas.
He earned the title of “King of the Fideuá” due to his unwavering passion for preparing his famous seafood fideuás—a cherished recipe passed down from his mother, Tina—wherever his friends requested it. Today, his daughter Carmela and her husband Pablo carry forward Manuel’s legacy. They represent the fourth generation of a family devoted to gastronomy, preserving the essence of Valencian cuisine within an authentically Ibicenco atmosphere, reminiscent of times gone by.
