We respect tradition and evoke memories of our childhood while modernising the cuisine of our islands and adding value. All our culinary suggestions are accompanied by a selection of national and international wines and sparkling wines, as well as the most significant references of European sparkling wines.

The restaurant also has a cocktail-bar area where you can enjoy the finest international cocktails right on the seafront. Designed by Santi Ortiz, his originality and professionalism make the bar of Latitud 39 a much-talked-about place on the west coast of Mallorca.
