Dos Trazos Mallorca Espacio Gastronómico

Dos Trazos is an intimate dining experience in Mallorca, created by chefs Oksana Fedun and Raimundo Rincón, who, as outsiders to the island, interpret its essence through local produce.

Located in the heart of Mallorca, in Sa Pobla, the project unfolds within a 300 m² space where every element has been carefully considered to enhance the experience. There are no traditional tables; instead, a low polished concrete counter brings guests closer to the kitchen, where each course is finished and served directly by the chefs themselves, creating a natural and personal connection.

At the back of the space, a century-old olive tree stands as a quiet focal point, giving soul and identity to an environment where time seems to slow down.

With an exclusive format of just 16 guests per night, and available by reservation only from Tuesday to Saturday, Dos Trazos offers a journey that evolves with the seasons, guided by the rhythm of local ingredients.

Their cuisine, rooted in the Mediterranean and shaped by the island’s character, does not seek to replicate but to reinterpret — creating a dining experience where detail, timing, and proximity to the guest are essential.

Dos Trazos presents a different way of understanding gastronomy: more personal, more immediate, and designed to stay in the memory.
