Awarded a Michelin star and a Repsol Sun, Es Fum has established itself as a benchmark for haute cuisine in the Balearic Islands, standing out for its unique offering. Chef Miguel Navarro’s cuisine reflects his philosophy of sharing everything he has learnt throughout his career, guiding diners on a sensory journey through two tasting menus: Vegetal and Recorrido.
