Es Fum, the exclusive restaurant at the St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, is open sea-sonally from March to November, offering a high-quality gastronomic experience.

Awarded a Michelin star and Sol Repsol, Es Fum is a benchmark for haute cuisine in the Balearic Islands. Chef Miguel Navarro’s cuisine reflects his philosophy of sharing his culi-nary journey. Guests embark on a sensory experience through three tasting menus: Origen, Vegetal, and Recorrido.
