Can Simoneta Restaurant

Can Simoneta Gastronòmic is the space where chef David Moreno and his team, led by Benito Torres and Santiago Herrera, present their “Mexiterráneo” concept, inspired by traditional Mexican recipes and adapted to the local Mallorcan kitchen.

They offer a 15-course tasting menu for just 12 diners, served in the new Origen room, decorated by Mallorcan artists Andreu Maimó and Ana Pareja.  Nene García as maître completes this intimate and carefully curated experience.

After two successful seasons and the menus ‘Origen’ and ‘Entre Dos Mundos’, which explored the beginning of the Mexiterraneo concept - a culinary journey between Mexico and the Mediterranean - it's time for the third chapter: ‘Esencia Mexiterraneo’. In this new concept, local produce takes centre stage and cultural roots are further strengthened.

The restaurant is located in the exclusive Hotel Can Simoneta, a five-star hotel in the north of Mallorca, in Canyamel. Its privileged location on a cliff offers spectacular views of the sea. The hotel has 26 unique rooms, distributed in an estate of more than 150,000 m² of privacy, with 140 years of history. Can Simoneta is a place to enjoy the sun, the landscape, tranquillity and peace.
