L'Àtic is a restaurant located on the 7th floor of the Saratoga Hotel, with views of Palma Bay that leave you quite breathless even before the first course arrives. Because at L'Àtic, it’s not all about the views; the cuisine is just as breathtaking.

At the head of the kitchen is Juan Pinel, chef at L'Àtic, trained in Madrid and honed by the likes of Paco Ron and Luis Arévalo. Pinel has developed a cuisine that focuses on local produce, just as it is, without embellishment, with clean flavours, refined technique and the occasional nod to his travels in Asia, which complement his approach without detracting from it.
