Dakota Tex Mex: American flavor, Mallorcan produce.

Since the brand opened its first establishment in 1993, Dakota Tex Mex has not stopped growing, gathering up to six restaurants on the north coast of the island. The dream of creating a genuine American-themed restaurant, with the flavor from there, but with a local stamp, has become a reality in a big way. Always faithful to KM0 raw ingredients, it nourishes itself from its gastronomic workshop where it makes its sauces and daily supplies itself with the freshest local meats and produce.

Its burgers, made daily with national beef, have succumbed to the already revolutionary smash gastronomic concept intensifying their flavor and texture. Also famous for its tender and mouthwatering Ribs, cooked at low temperature, along with its natural potatoes from Sa Pobla, delicately prepared in olive oil right before serving, they make up the essence of a menu based on local foods.
