The restaurant opened in 1986 under the name Mesón Salamanca and has evolved over time, adapting to each new stage as the heart of our small restaurant group, Grupo Amida.

Produce is the star of the menu and is used with simplicity, humility and great skill. Spanish cooking within the Mediterranean tradition, well-known ingredients that are freshly prepared with the best of each day, locally sourced produce and the precise technique required for each dish.
