Adrián Quetglas restaurant

Founded in July 2015, Adrián Quetglas restaurant was born out of the chef's ambition to bring haute cuisine to the local public, offering two tasting menus at affordable prices, a cuisine that reflects the chef's experiences and elevates the humble products of the Mediterranean.

Throughout its almost nine years of existence, it has been honoured with several awards, most notably a Michelin star.

Alongside Adrián, Mikhail Dunaev, a former disciple from his time in Russian kitchens, plays a key role in the project. In the dining room, Nuno and Diego, veterans of the team, take great care in serving diners, providing an exceptional culinary experience in every sense of the word.
