Bistro Senzill
Located in the heart of the Hotel Son Jaumell in Capdepera, Bistró Senzill is an invitation to savour the essence of Mallorca. Under a charming poolside porch, chef Andreu Genestra and his team offer fresh, creative and honest cuisine, prepared with local and seasonal produce, much of it grown in the hotel's own vegetable garden.
The space combines the serenity of the natural surroundings, with woods, vineyards and pine forests, with the rich heritage of a 14th century estate, which was the refuge of King Jaume II. This historic building, converted into a rural hotel, is today a haven of authenticity and flavour.
