At Food Circle, all dishes are prepared in front of the guests, delivering a unique multi-course experience focused on the essence of fire and the surrounding garden. The menu is paired with a selection of some of Portugal’s finest wines, curated by Head Sommelier Filipe Holstein.
At Sem Porta, the cosy atmosphere complements the comfort of the dishes served, while in summer, the pop-up Canalha Comporta, headed by Chef João Rodrigues, brings a seasonal celebration to life.
