Oven Restaurant
The gastronomy of India and Nepal has an excellent example of signature cuisine at Oven restaurant with the creations of Chef Hari Chapagain. Traditional cuisine with a touch of modernity, combining the flavors and experiences of the Chef with a sophisticated presentation is an invitation to discover new dishes and experience fine dining in the center of Lisbon.
The restaurant's main “star” is an original “tandoor”, made of copper and clay and specially brought to Oven from India. Every detail of the restaurant was designed to offer the experience of being in India even without traveling, be it through the food, drinks, decor and the entire atmosphere.
Oven is the only Nepalese restaurant in the Michelin Guide in Portugal.
