Whether with a privileged view of the banks of the River Tagus or Praia da Rocha, all customers can count on the traditional food of their grandmother.
Olivier da Costa designed this restaurant with the aim of revisiting a wide variety of Portuguese dishes and signing them with the restlessness that characterises him. ‘There are many dishes that identify us as Portuguese, such as Lobster Rice, ‘Açorda’ or Grilled Fish. I've always wanted to work on a concept in which I could search for the Portuguese roots that we know so well.’
