Located next to Caló des Moro in Sant Antoni, Monkey Ibiza is one of those places that transforms throughout the day without losing its essence. What begins as a relaxed, bohemian-inspired terrace with stunning views of the sunset evolves as night falls into a sophisticated world of cabaret, music and entertainment.
The culinary offering reflects the project’s cosmopolitan character. The cuisine blends French tradition with Middle Eastern flavours, resulting in a vibrant menu featuring specialities such as cod accras, Galician turbot à la meunière, shakshuka, grilled aubergine with pomegranate, and a carefully curated selection of mezze. New additions include sea bream carpaccio with citrus and ginger vinaigrette and beef tartare with harissa mayonnaise.
The experience is rounded off with an outstanding signature cocktail menu and tempting desserts such as the raspberry tartlet with caramelised pistachios or churros with cream and chocolate.
