Coming to the island from Milan, the project captained by Max D’Andrea, with chef Emanuel Gentili in the engine room and Javier Rodriguez at the helm is celebrating now its ninth season with us.

Its name is pretty self-explanatory (El Carnicero = The Butcher) – you’ll enjoy the most select and exclusive cuts from around the world: the United States, Argentina, Uruguay, Spain, Australia... The menu is rounded off with an exceptional winery, meticulous service and an atmosphere that has been carefully designed down to the last detail.
