At Nagai restaurant we are alchemists putting our imagination into synergy to create the magic recipes for the food, the cocktails, the decor, music, art, ambiance… aspiring to create a feast for the senses!

One night in Bangkok.

A few hungry girls, an almost empty fridge, and a sudden moment of inspiration. A meal created out of what seemed like thin air.

That was the first encounter between Reina Nagai—creative artist and instinctive chef—and Eleonora, traveler, visionary and restless creator of experiences.

More than twenty years later, after restaurants and projects through Koh Phangan, Rome, Tulum, India and now entering our 16th season in Ibiza, that same spirit continues to define Nagai: creativity, intuition, atmosphere and excellence shaped through years of evolution.

This season, Nagai continues its journey with new dishes, fresh inspiration and the vibrant energy that has made it a destination for locals, artists, travelers and returning guests year after year.

And for those searching for something even more intimate and adventurous, there is Hanare Omakase—Reina’s hidden chef’s table experience inside Nagai. Guided entirely by seasonality, intuition and the finest products of the day, each dinner becomes a unique journey through flavor, memory and surprise.

More than 150 signature dishes have already been created in just over a year—quietly turning Hanare into one of Ibiza’s true insider experiences.
