Jose Luis Estevan, Maestro of Gastronomy and Soul of the House. With an exceptional career, Jose Luis has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and led international projects like Millesime World. His mastery of cuisine and global vision make him the gastronomic heart of LU•UM, creating unforgettable culinary experiences.

Marta, Lead Mixologist. Passionate about hospitality from a young age, Marta transforms every cocktail into a story. With over 20 years of experience, she combines technique, creativity, and warmth to make each drink a unique experience that connects with the senses and emotions.

German, Grill Master. From Argentina to Ibiza, German brings over two decades of experience and tradition in the art of grilling. Trained in culinary arts with an international background, at LU•UM he creates dishes that fuse flavor, technique, and passion, conveying the essence of cooking over fire.

Anita, Operations Leader and Gastronomy Enthusiast. Born in Madrid with an island spirit, Anita loves the sea, beaches, and nature. A student of design, service quality, and restaurant management, she has worked with top specialists to build her career in hospitality.

Franca, PR & Marketing Manager. Franca blends passion and dedication into the experience you live every day at LU•UM, with grace and harmony to ensure everything runs smoothly, from the boutique to the dining room, all the way to the most discerning guest—caring lovingly for every detail.
